Katy Perry attended Dream Foundation’s 11th annual Celebration of Dreams held at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara on Friday evening.
The singer looked pretty, wearing a chiffon Dolce & Gabbana gown.
Her cap-sleeve floral-print gown featured a bejewelled pink velvet waist-cinching belt.
Katy sported wavy raven locks, a pink lip colour and a gorgeous pair of forest-green statement earrings to complete the look.
You may remember that Huo Si Yan wore this same gown to the 2012 Beijing Film Festival.

I remember I liked this dress on Huo Si Yan with her tiny waist and hair styled in a simple bun. Katy´s figure looks lovely too but she overwhelmed the look with her loose wavy hair and statement earrings – the gown has a lovely print and the statement bejewelled belt already, she should´ve kept the rest simple and let the gown speak for itself.
