Isla Fisher joined her co-star Chris Pine on the red carpet this evening at the Empire Leicester Square in London, for ‘The Rise of the Guardians’ premiere.
The Australian actress wore a Dolce & Gabbana cream lace sleeveless peplum dress with Bulgari jewels and a satin Bulgari clutch.
Isla taupe satin Sergio Rossi heels, which complemented the satin waistband on her dress, just prevent her from looking totally washed out.
Unlike Chris, there isn’t a lot good going on here.
The look feels a bit dated, her makeup ages her drastically and the shoes are too heavy.
This is the one rare occasion when the male star outshines the female star.

A no to this look.
Awful from the neck up and from the ankles down, mumsy and forgettable in between.
I think she looks pretty. I wish she wore open toe sandals.
I don’t like the dress and the shoes but I really like her hair !
Hate the shoes, love everything else.
In theory this is a stunnign look, but every inch of the execution has gone wrong. The makeup is aprticularly bad.
Her shoes are the Sergio Rossi ‘Miladys’ which have haunted me since Coco wore them to the Met Gala in pink. Isla also wore the Miladys without teh criss cross strap with her recent red lace Reem Acra dress.
thanks
She doesnt look fresh and youthful here. I think even when going for more mature looks your skin should look well moisturised to avoid the dead face effect.
If the skirt had provided more contrast, mayyybe.
the shoes make me sad. very very sad.
The dress is pretty but the styling is so heavy.
