It was a busy night for Keira Knightley yesterday evening. She attended the ‘Anna Karenina’ premiere and the screening of the movie during the 2012 Variety Screening Series at the Clearview Cinemas in New York City.
She wore yet another Valentino dress, this time from the Spring 2013 collection.
Keira’s sheer black dress decorated with pink-and-black beaded embellishments features a contrasting nude collar and a lace underlay.
I love the ease and effortless wearability of this look.
Many of you felt Keira was overdressed for the premiere, so how do you feel about this look?

This is dull, matronly and childish at the same time, not a fan.
Agreed!

+1. she looks like adult version of Emily the strange.
I adore everything about this.
+1
The dress looked like it was made for Keira ever since it hit the runway, so I’m glad to see her wearing it and exceeding my expectations. She looks extremely chique! The only eyesore here are the shoes, which feel a little too heavy for the delicate dress.
Agree. I love this look on Keira!
I think the sheer keeps it fresh and stops it from looking too matronly. Probably would have liked it better without the Peter pan collar.
I love this dress on Keira ! lovely !
I feel like I’ve seen this multiple times. It’s alright.
Now she seems under dressed. Brits love vintage a la Alexa Chung and sometimes, it works. But this dress doesnt really compliment Keira. Could be the cut, color, something.
She looks adorable.
I like it sans the shoes.
Quite nice, but I would have liked to see some edgier shoes to balance out the tweeness of the dress.
She is becoming so boring, but I can’t blame her after wearing one of the most BDOTY worthy looks and I’m talking about that great black embelished Elie Saab
boring
It’s ok, it suits her style and personality.
It’s just okay for me, really wish she was doing something different with her hair. I’m just going to pray that her next look has some colour.
I love this look except for the hair.
She looks good. I like her in Valentino dresses. Perfect ambassador.
Her style has been blowing me away lately. This is another fabulous look–love the demure yet sophisticated style. She is perfect for Valentino.
I want those shoes, but I don’t think they work with the dress. Between the dress length and the ankle straps she’s made herself look kind of stumpy. The collar is terrible on her, too twee and washes her out. This is just OK, at best.
Love the dress…the shoes are all wrong for this dress
