Rita Ora took to the red carpet on Saturday evening for the 2012 MOBO Awards, held at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England.
The singer wore a Mugler Fall 2012 ensemble.
Her white look featured a cropped jacket with exaggerated shoulders, plus a white top paired with a high-waist peplum skirt.
The singer styled her sleek, yet bold look with a rust coloured satin Sergio Rossi clutch, gold Dsquared² strappy sandals and gold statement jewels.
Beautywise, she sported a familiar dark lip, heavy eye makeup and wild blonde tresses.
I love the look. She carries off all the elements very well, but I wish she would switch up the makeup from time to time.
You may remember that Zhang Ziyi wore this same look back in September.

love this dress on her and the accessories too. i think the makeup is a little too heavy though

chav.
dead ringer for gwen stefani here. yes the makeup is too dark for this look. love this shoes.
I think if her makeup was any lighter she would be washed out , the dark lip gives that punch to what is already an outstanding outfit
I agree. I really like this.
Everything she lets her hair and makeup be does not work for me. Never has, never will, I just find it ugly.
From the neck down though, this is a stunner. Bold dress, pretty clutch, I like the jewelry, I loooooooove the shoes.
I think she looks great–much better than in the flower bomb she changed into later. She has a sleek figure and carries off a body conscious style really well.
Don’t like the hair/makeup, but this is the best she’s looked.
Who is MULGER ??? a new designer ??
I only knew MUGLER…
Thierry Mugler with Nicola Formichetti as creative director
the designer’s name is MuGLer. Just saying
I prefer Rita’s shoes and the hem is better on this occasion but I liked Zhang’s hair and make-up much more. It’s a cool outfit.
I don’t know if she is trying to hard or what, but she ruins looks sometimes. She’s playful and whimiscal but it feels forced. Tone it down, yo! You got a lot of things working for you without the dynasty make up, glittery high-tops, loud colors, big messy blond hair. Let something else speak for you for a change. I dunno, like your music maybe…
She lacks class to carry off this gorgeous ensemble well.
With Rita Ora it’s very hit-and-miss, she either looks impeccable or terribly sloppy, with many more cases of the latter than the former, unfortunately. Here I think she looks really good. Between her “lived-in” hair, great accessories, and great shoes, she takes the dress down a notch from being too prim or serious. It’s more fun this way.
Would be cool from the neck down–imagine Tilda Swinton wearing this, or, if we’re keeping it in the music arena, Rihanna with a well-styled pixie cut. Rita looks like a clown from the neck up.
I think the dramatic makeup and hair are well suited to this edgy dress, which looks smashing on her. Fantastic.
