Kristen Stewart was at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on Friday afternoon to attend a press conference for ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2’.
Against a beautiful backdrop, the actress looked quite polished (by her standards) wearing a Stella McCartney Spring 2013 dress.
The black figure-flattering dress, dubbed ‘The Miracle Dress’ for its magical powers of giving women the ultimate hourglass silhouette, featured green panels on the shoulder and at the waist.
Opting for signature purposely messy tresses, the actress accessorized with her can’t-live-without Cartier ‘Juste Un Clou’ bracelet and Christian Louboutin ‘Decollette’ black patent pumps.
I hope Kristen gets some time to have a little shut eye.

She looks tired! Like she’s been up all night drinking at smoking. The dress is super flattering on her, though. She’s got gorgeous shoulders.

The dress is lovely on her – I do wish the majority of it was green with the black panels. She does look tired, but I don’t think she’s the type to pile on the make up if she doesn’t absolutely have to.
Nice dress, boring shoes, terrible hair and makeup.

Her figure looks really nice in this dress, and this length is much better and classier for her, would’ve been even nicer with a classy polished ‘do.
The girl needs some sleep and she’d better change that make up artist of hers for letting her look so pale.

Actually, she looks polished by anyone’s standards. I like this look but i think the dress only works with this green or a darker color. i have never liked it using white or cream for the contouring panels.
She’s got a smashing figure, but she always plays it down…it seems like she’s finally wearing what SHE wants to wear and is looking so much more confident and comfortable. Love it!
Dakota Fanning would be pleased to know she isn’t the only one that keeps the same hairstyle.
Despite the fact that she looks tired, I LOVE this look. The dress is perfect for her and I like the non-mini length. Super chic and elegant, but laidback. Love it.
