Bella Heathcote joined many celebs on the red carpet on Saturday night for the LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala honoring Ed Ruscha and Stanley Kubrick in LA hosted by Gucci.
Her Gucci Spring 2013 white dress was not only fully embroidered with white paillettes, which must have weighed a ton, but it also had a decorative floral neckline, which appears to be the theme of the night.
Some of you have been put off by Bella’s last few looks because of her hairstyle, so you will be relieved that she styled her look with a simple ponytail on this occasion.
This look was really crying out for some gold sandals, considering the gold beadwork on the dress and the gold Gucci clutch, but alas, she wore the same Gucci ‘Lisbeth’ sandals as Amber Heard.

Damn those black shoes!
I should hate the dress but somehow I love it.
I can even get over the janky bang but those shoes kill it all.
I like the dress. So stunning.
+1 just love this!
She just looks like a wind-up doll to me–wide blue eyes and expressionless face. These shorter Gucci dresses–this one and the one that Kerry Washington wore–are a funny shape–the A-line makes them look so awkward with all that embellishment up top.
I agree, I thought she looked like a robot, but wind-up doll is the exact description.
The dress is kind of cool, although these short A-lines aren’t super flattering, but her bangs are uneven and it is BUGGING ME. Also, those shoes were totally the wrong choice. The clutch is nice, though.
+1
I’m SO over her bangs.
She looks lovely but I don’t understand the shoes. Why black!?!
I like everything except the shoes. What was she thinking?
I think what kills me is that it’s not hard to pair the dress with the right shoes, but she messed up anyway.
I really don’t like the shoe choice but I really like this look from the ankles up.
The neckline is absolutely gorgeous! I don’t know what’s going on with this girl, but she has something unreal in her face, she’s so mysteriously beautiful ♥
Love the dress, so dramatic! But those Lisbeth sandals are officially on my hate list. Both she and Amber heard look odd in them. The shoe is just cut badly. There’s too much strap, and not enough shoe to hold the foot in place, The peep toe is too far in front making the toe vamp too large. It’s a a mess.
