As expected, Naomie Harris looked stunning this evening for the royal premiere for James Bond’s ‘Skyfall’ at the Royal Albert Hall.
The beautiful actress wore a Marios Schwab Spring 2012 gown.
Her black sheer gown with a silver sequined bodice was styled with black Nicholas Kirkwood heels but without the waist cinching leather belt.
Naomie slicked back her hair to reveal Jessica McCormack’s ‘Serif’earrings.
Who knew Lara Bingle would start an ear cuff trend?
A Jessica McCormack ring and flawless makeup completed her royal premiere look.
This is the second Marios Schwab look Naomie has worn so far on this promo tour.

I’m really missing the belt on this look. It’s just too shapeless without. If she’d kept it, this look would be a slam dunk for me.
+1. Not exactly shapeless for me (look at that bod!) but a belt brings definition. I’ll just call it a dunk without the slam, lol. She’s bringing it, though, no question.
I agree.
+1!
+1 the dress looks too customey without the belt
Totally agree, the belt is missing so badly.
It needs the belt without it it looks like she came from the beach
+1
This look is dull without the belt. I agree.
+1
A belt is definitely needed, but she worked the hell out of it!
Love Naomi, hate the look.
I just hate mesh in general. It is ugly and not classy.
Naomi’s gown is ugly and looks like a DUI job.
Sigh. Disappointment indeed.
I think the ear cuff trend started by Laura Bingle is actually kinda cool, but you have to go about it the right way; the dress you are wearing has to be fashion forward, like Naomi’s gown.
Think of an ear cuff with a Giambattista Valli dress…um, no!
She looks spectacular. I was expecting a mern, brave ook, and she did nto disappoint even a tiny bit. she even exceeded my expectations. Her hair and makep is perfect, and her shoes are good. I would call these extended earrings as opposed to ear cuffs, and since they don’t look elvish/bluetooth ish, they go well with thelook. I just can’t help imagining if I would have loved it more with the belt.
I think it’s kind of tacky actually….
She looks amazing, cant wait to see her in Skyfall.
I’m sorry, but I don’t like this at all. The gown looks tacky.
As expected, she delivered… Jaw dropping gorgeous I LOOOVVVEEE IT!!!!!!!!!! She’s working the hell out of this gown. AMAZINGLY FIERCE love her
Sorry, but I’m not a fan. Looks like a bathing suit with a beach cover-up.
Or a mosquito net.
Awful.
Not a fan of this look. I generally don’t mind the “exposed underwear” look if done right, (and I have a feeling Lea Michele may have faced fire and brimstone if she’d worn this) but it’s not working for me here. On the other hand, her hair and makeup could not be any more beautiful.
such a let down.
Oh wow. This is AWFUL!
It looks like she’s wearing a disco ball!
She’s been pretty okay so far but this just seems like she’s trying WAY too hard.
She looks nice bit i have to admit that I’m a little tired of the whole sheer trend
It looks beautiful on the runway shot but somehow unfortunately just ends up cheap on her – especially the black sheer overlay, which looks like it’s made of polyester although it’s probably not. I agree with an earlier comment as well: it pretty much just looks like she’s wearing a bathing suit with a coverup. That being said, her makeup is beautiful and i quite like that earring.
This kind of look is not generally my taste, but she is rocking it. Agree losing the belt was a mistake. But she is fierce.
Lara Bingle didn’t start the ear cuff trend, Diane Krugar did when she wore that a-line full dress by Chanel – remember? and she wore that ear cuff xxx
I dont remember I will have to look for it
This looks cheap and tacky. No from me.
+1. WonderWoman.
I would’ve preferred either look 39 or look 32 from Marics Schawb’s fall 2012/spring 2013 respectively but at least her hair and make up are flawless and she is working the look.
Sold out as a result?
I think she is rocking it! There’s an ease to it that I’m obsessed with.
She looks better than the model. I do not think the belt is necesary y cuts the body in two.
I can’t stand it. Tacky and cheap-looking, a real disappointment.
Wow, everybody’s hating this! I actually think it’s a complicated look to pull off and she does it with great poise. Thumbs up from me!
THOUSANDS OF THUMBS UP FOR YOU!!
Oh my god it’s so pretty!!
This is a horrible dress, I think she should have been more edgy and gone with a different British designer, like Nicholas Oakwell.
I don’t hate this look but I’m missing the belt and not keen on the high neckline + visible seam
Hate this (and even though the belt wouldn’t have fixed the fact that it’s a sparkly bodysuit with a tent over it, I miss it) and think it’s tacky and cheap. I find the exposed underwear/sheer trend to be trashy…and so this doesn’t work for me at all. It also looks very ill-made. The earcuffs are a trend I never want to take off, as well.
hi FC
Just got back from the British Fashion Council party. Marios is in Los Angeles right now and I told him about Naomie wearing 3 of his outfits. He only heard about the photocall one, but have not seen any of the pics. Obviously, he’s estatic.
That said, I would have preferred the belt with this gown.
that is surprising he didn’t know, but I guess he is very busy
