Amanda Seyfried is always willing to take a risk on the red carpet, and that was most definitely the case last night at the 2012 Hollywood Film Awards, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California.
She looked stunning wearing a red bustier dress from Prabal Gurung’s Resort 2013 collection, which is receiving a lot of celebrity love at the moment.
Her red-hot drop-waist dress which features a flare skirt and an exposed tulle corset is sexy without being tacky.
Opting for gold accessories, the actress added a Judith Leiber clutch, Dana Rebecca Designs earrings and Jimmy Choo peep-toes to her look.
Uber-glossy wavy locks and a hot-pink lip colour provided the finishing touches.

Not loving this dress….not what I’d expect from Mr. Gurung.
Gorgeous. She almsot never goes wrong with Prabal.
I like hair and make up and the shoes, but the dress is ugly and the fabric looks cheap.
I don’t want to read nay other comments to have my mind tainted. I love this look from head to toe. She looks so sultry. The fit is perfection, and the overall impact for me is wow. If I HAD to nitpick, and only if someone put a gun to my head, I’d say I don’t love how the lipstick sits on her lip, it looks a bit dry, but otherwise… A+

I like the dress, except where the corset and skirt meet. Not a fan of the edges on the outside. Love that she didn’t put a nude heel with this, like many starlets would have. Also love the hair and makeup.
I would’ve loved the look if she went with the look book version.

I don’t like the corset, because the nude lines are just not pretty to me. It’s also a bit lingerie-like…but I would have liked it better all in red.
How I love Amanda’s hair! And the rest I really like, she looks beautiful.
I’m not sure if my problem with it is the fact that the corset is too up, of if it’s the case of her needing a bra to better support her breasts. Either way, her chest area looks weird.
But I really love the styling, it’s quite perfect really. And her hair is just to die for.
