Antonia Campbell-Hughes also attended the premiere of ‘Frankenweenie 3D’ which opened the 56th BFI London Film Festival at the Odeon Leicester Square in London yesterday evening.
The actress wore an Alberta Ferretti Spring 2013 dress, our first look at this collection on the red carpet.
Her light blue chiffon dress with lace embroidery on sheer illusion panels was one of my favourite looks from this collection.
The nude pumps with a black embellished platform are sadly too heavy for the delicate look.
Antonio’s gaunt frame is down to her method-acting weight loss to play Austrian Natascha Kampusch who was held in captivity for eight years.

Who Was Your Best Dressed At The amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala?

I know the weight loss is for a role but her skeletal frame takes all the prettiness away from the dress.
Exactly. I can’t even admire the dress fully.
+2. Painful to look at. Stunning dress. Wasnt happy with the models shot either.
Sadly it’s hard to look past her gauntness to what is a beautiful dress.
She’s not much skinnier than the model… hmmmmm
I agree. She is not any thinner than runway models. It is sad thing about the fashion industry.
But it’s great Antonia is devoted to her job.
Let’s put it like that: it was a VERY wrong decision to wear THIS dress. It makes her look even sicker, paler and thinner. Hair and make-up don’t help either.
+1. A very very wrong choice !
Totally agree!
God i hope filming is finished!!
The stylist could of picked a dress that covered her frame and make her look bigger than she is. some sort of puff dress may of worked.
She looks awful. Too thin.
i just want to buy her a burger
I would say that I only like the dress. Ok, she lost weight to play a role, but maybe she could choose another dress, less revealing, and there’s no excuse for the horrible hairstyle shoes.
+1
delicate look?? she looks morbid…
i would imagine fc is referring to the dress when she says “delicate look”.
I was thank you Robbie
Are the shoes Dries Van Noten?
not sure
the dress is nice but the shoes are too heavy in my opinion. such a delicate dress needs a delicate strappy sandal.
Where to begin? First, why in the world would you hit the red carpet if you looked this bad? Like others have said, she should have worn something that hides her gaint figure instead of a shear dress that only accentuates and brings our attention to it. Duh. Second, it is really sad that she is the same size as the model. Who of course looks fabulous in the dress. Now if she had put on some makeup and did something with her hair could she have pulled it off? Why would you step out looking this morbidly thin with what appears as bed head and no makeup. Yikes! It is a shame because this is lovely dress.
Worst shoes’ choice award of the year. Morbid overall.
Is she alive???!!!
She is scary skinny, thought it is for a role. Is role weight loss even healthy? This is quite worrisome. The shoes are terrible, the dress is delicate and pretty but I wish the top were better lined.
She looks the same size at the model!!!
When I looked exactly liked this, I was put in a hospital and force-fed. My BMI was a around 13, what in medical terms refers to malnutrition. Her heart can stop at any time. THIS IS SERIOUS and it’s not just “devotion to the role”. It’s madness
The first comment that is spot on; she should be in hospital and have a thorough brain check as well./ She needs help.
Obviously they let her wear a dress like that on purpose to draw attention for that movie. Other wise they could have done a better job on her make-up to. She looks so unhealthy.
