As the cover girl for Teen Vogue’s October 2012 issue, Victoria Justice was the guest of honour at their annual Young Hollywood party in Beverly Hills, California, yesterday evening.
Her black bandeau and skinny pants were styled with an Emporio Armani Fall 2012 pink velvet blazer, to ensure she stood out on this red carpet.
A black clutch, a silver pendant necklace and cut-out ankle boots accessorized her look, with a hot-pink lip colour complementing her blazer.

This looks tacky to me, especially that pink velvet blazer styled with that black bandeau top.

Very tacky. I thought the same thing. Bra top and hot pink velvet? Eww.
She made Armani look so basic and cheap…. if she told me that was Armani I wouldn’t believe it….
I agree. And the look is also MEH.
+1 Such a beautiful girl but this look is too tacky.
I like her necklace, shoes & makeup…
Velvet is such a tricky fabric and in this case it took the look to a no return trip to Tackyville. She looks like a girl trying to look serious by wearing her moms work clothes.
Gorgeous shoes. The rest looks cheap.
I guess i’m in the minority…I like it, i’m not a fan of velvet in general but she makes it work.
Also, she looks a lot like Vanessa Marcil, she’s beautiful.
If the top had been of normal length instead of a bandeau top, this would have been a great look.
