Jennifer Garner In Gucci – ‘Butter’ New York Premiere

Jennifer Garner joined Ashley Greene and Olivia Wilde on the red carpet at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater in New York City last night for the premiere of their latest movie ‘Butter’.

The actress wore a vibrant red Gucci strapless column gown.

The styling for Jennifer’s look was kept super simple. Sleek, straight tresses and a Pomellato gold chain link and pave diamond bracelet completed her look.

Do you like the simple styling, or are you wishing for more?

My mom actually saw her in person this night outside the venue and said she looked even better in person – and she was smiling the whole time.

don’t like her hair–looks like she just had it shampooed, combed and waiting for the hairdresser to style it – with the beautiful dress and bracelet, the hairdo should look glamorous

  • EmmaWoodhouse

I’m afraid it’s bland in my book. Between the flat hair, the unremarkable dress and the lack of a clutch/necklace/interesting belt, there’s nothing memorable.

  • Parvati

I really like this look on her, but I would have liked it if she had added one or two more pieces of jewelry. The look feels a bit too plain.

  • Only Jennifer Garner can make a red Gucci gown look boring. Breathe some life to the hair and dress for Christ’s sake!

  • Aline

I think she looks great; the best she looked in awhile.

  • Martina

I love this look! I think it’s good she went for a simple styling. And she looks stunning with those sleek straight locks 🙂

  • Christine

I love it. She reminds me of her old self! Back in her Alias days.

    • Leti

Exactly! I’ve been a fan of hers since then, and it’s great to see her like this. I think it’s the straight hair and center part. But I also like the minimalism of this look.

  • Nat39

The styling is perfect in my book.

    • Saree

Agreed. I think it’s the colour of the dress that makes it not need any over styling.

She is always so gorgeous and one flash of her infamous smile deflects any negativity for this woman!

  • KayD

Is it her pose or the dress? She looks a little “blockish” in this photo?

  • Rebecca Z

I like it, but think she would have looked better with some volume in her hair.

  • Odette

She looks meh because of the simple styling.

  • Ro

The simple styling works for her – I think this is the best she’s looked in a long time!

  • Susan

ummm, i’m not sure. Maybe it’s the straight hair style, i just don’t know.

  • Sally

The dress needs pressing. It would look much more polished without the wrinkles.

+1 sometimes it’s the smallest things that would make the biggest difference

  • Yeliz

I love this simple styling. She looks stunning.

    • Fiona-Brasil

      + 1

  • Alina

  • Serena

She actually took me 10 years back in time with this look. She looks gorgeous, love it!
