Last Tuesday, Christy Turlington attended the Condé Nast Traveler Celebration of ‘The Visionaries’ and 25 Years of Truth In Travel at Alice Tully Hall in New York City.
The supermodel opted for a menswear-inspired look wearing a Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2012 suit.
Christy opted not to take away the boldness of her black brocade suit with too many girlie accessories.
She added a white collarless shirt, an Edie Parker clutch and black pumps to her look.
Do you like Christy’s interpretation of the masculine trend?

I hate the shoes. Everything else is fine.
I dont care for her interpretation, I find it boring. And the hair is bad
Not a fan of her interpretation, she makes it look a bit too androgynous. She needed a pair of more feminine pumps to offset the masculiniy of the suit a bit more (like Alexa Chung did with her grey Stella McCartney suit at Elle Style Awards, it worked so much better with her simple ladylike pumps) and a more elegant hairstyle.
..a sleek low bun perhaps, I really dislike her hair the way it is.
Not liking the hair.
I kinda like this look.
I think she pulls off the suit without looking androgynous. She doesn’t need girly accessories because her feminine features and soft hair are highlighted by the contrast of the sharp lines of the suit.
I hate it all. The proportions are weird, the hair color is mousy and the shoes add nothing positive.
Right with AW, a shorter jacket with cleaner hairstyle would be much preferred!
The hairstyle kills it for me.
I don’t like this look. Partially because of her styling, and partially because I really dislike Stella’s brocade suits.
