Allison Williams looked stunning on the red carpet at the 2012 Emmy Awards on Sunday evening.
The classic beauty wore an emerald-green Oscar de la Renta Resort 2013 gown.
I love the architectural neckline and peplum detailing on this look.
A sleek chignon and smoky eyes finish the look.
Fred Leighton drop earrings and a simple bangle are the perfect finishing touches.
I’m so grateful that she resisted the temptation to add a necklace.

Gorgeous. I thought she was Tina Fey at first sight.
I pray her feet aren’t suffering from the Black Plague.
Allison’s style is very classic. Not minimalist or Charlize Theron Modern Chic, but Classic Chic.
Very nice but she looks a bit tense, uncomfortable, as if restricted by the structured bodice – perhaps a bit too tight in the bust area for her.
and i don’t know how old she is, but i hope it’s 35+ cuz this is quite dating.
Not translating well on Allison. Not liking the hair.
Perfection…wish she took Lena shopping.
Aw, she’s losing some weight. Back when she started
in “Girl”, her body is really great. She has a great pair of knockers, but now I don’t see them anywhere near.
This is a beautiful dress on a beautiful young woman. It is going to be fun to watch her.
she looks great, but it feels a bit mature for her. this dress wouldn’t have been out of place on a woman 15 years her senior. wish she’d gone for something a little more fun, and a little less wealthy wife goes to a gala.
Lol! I can see your point of view…
The dress felt too alienesque on the runway, and I’m still not totally sold on the bodice, but Allison does a lot to make it work for me. The green is divine on her, and her subtle accessorizing was ‘parfait au point.’
I don’t like the dress on her
The gown looks spectacular on the model, but Allison can’t really pull it off, IMO. That said, I do love the colour on her, her hair and make-up and that she didn’t wore a necklace.
She looks wonderfully elegant and green is gorgegous. I like the details on the dress too.
Between the color and the architectural bodice I feel this look is very dated which is funny since it’s a 2013 dress. Oh well.
Beautiful and statuesque!
