Nieves Alvarez In Spring 2013 Looks On ‘Solo Moda’ Part 2

For the eighteenth ‘Solo Moda’ show Nieves Alvarez wore an additional six Spring 2013 looks straight off the runway at Madrid Fashion Week.

The supermodel started with a Juan Vidal black embroidered halter dress with less-than-excitable Jimmy Choo sandals.

She stepped up her shoe game for the second look, donning gold Christian Louboutin peep-toes with a grey Ailanto sleeveless top and slit short shorts.

Whilst I love the pretty white Teresa Helbig fit-and-flare dress styled with a gold Alexis Bittar statement necklace, the pink lace-up boots by the same designer don’t work with the look for me.

Not only are they too stark for the dress, they also aren’t really in tune with Nieves’ style.

Things got much better by look four. I love the print on Nieves’ Maya Hansen dress, which is the second dress by the designer that she wore on the weekend. Her Roberto Verino platform sandals perfectly complement the look.

As a lover of jumpsuits, this orange Roberto Torretta piece is my favourite of the bunch. The haltered jumper with a keyhole detail was styled with Christian Louboutin sandals which she also wore for her final look.

Showing off lean, tanned pins, Nieves looked divine wearing a Juanjo Oliva custom-textured dress with a gold belt.

Which look was your favourite?
