Lea Michele attended the NYLON September TV Issue launch party on Saturday, as the cover girl for the current issue.
The Glee actress looked very pretty wearing a Naeem Khan Spring 2011 gown.
I love everything about this look, especially the vibrant colours, but I can’t help think this look is too much for this occasion.
When you think of a NYLON party you think of hipsters in Current/Elliot jeans, or cute mini frocks, not a stunning gown like this.
Lea’s gorgeous watercolour print one-sleeve gown was styled with coral Giuseppe Zanotti peep-toes, dangling earrings and a berry lip shade.
The sooner she reverts back to her all-brunette locks the better. This ombre look isn’t working for her.

I don’t like this look on her. Maybe its her hair or that lip shade, which is ruining the dress to give an attitude !
The gown is beautiful but it’s definitely too much for this party, even if she’s the cover girl. I also dislike her hair.
Agree about her hair. I think back on her long, gorgeous, thick, dark hair, and I weep for the loss. She looks amazing, and I covet that dress for myself, though I do think the dress is slightly too big on her tiny frame. I also agree on it not being quite right for the occasion, but let’s face it, she’s as far from the Nylon faux hipster crowd as you can get, so why fake it right?

Love the dress (it’s beautiful!), glad to see her more demure. But it is not right for the occasion AND her hair and makeup are horrendous.

I think this is a vast improvement from her last look! Her hair looks less fake. Having said that, I really wish she’d grow out her bangs and I think she’s gone slightly overboard with the ombre! But overall, she looks a lot more natural and lovely than her last outing.

I miss her season 1 Glee hair so much. It was gorgeous. She looks decent here, though.
would have been more event appropriate if she’d shortened it, literally no on else that attended this event was wearing a full length gown. but this is lea michele we’re talking about, she can’t help herself.
