Jennifer Lopez attended the 29th annual Walter Kaitz Foundation fundraising dinner at the Hilton Hotel in New York City last night.
For the event, the singer and actress chose a knee-length black and silver Paul Ka dress.
Although this is quite a conservative choice for Jennifer, it was right for the event – a formal dinner for a foundation that promotes diversity in the telecommunications industry.
It wouldn’t be J-Lo, however, with out some sparkle.
She’s wearing the same diamond earrings we spotted earlier in the day, while the silver embellishments on her dress and Christian Louboutin platform ‘Daffodile’ pumps do their best to lift this look.
A simple ponytail, pink lip and smokey eye complete her look.

The Daffodils are a very wrong choice for such an elegant dress, IMO.
She always looks best when she dresses classy. She fails when she tries to dress trendy, revealing or too young. She looks good here.
I like the dress, but I don’t really enjoy her makeup.
Love this look, it is sooo chic, and she really looks sexy in this Paule Ka dress
Love the pumps too !
I really like this more conservative look on Jennifer, the dress is still hugging her figure beautifully, simple hair and makeup are lovely, the shoe choice is the only let down, they are too bulky and distracting, would’ve preferred a more elegant shoe.
I agree with the negative comments about the shoes–they are too clunky for the dress. But the dress is pretty.
Right for this event, yes but I am not liking the the dress.
She looks nice. I could’ve lived with plunging neckline, but it’s fine this way too. What I hate is the shoes. That platform trend needs to go.
a lighter more elegant shoe would have been better, but damn she looks good though.
The shoes don’t bother me so much here, plus she looks great. Much mor sophisticated than usual.
If I see one more Daffodile pump I’m going to scream. Soooooooooooooooooooooo fugly!!!!!!!!
