Zhou Xun called upon her inner French maid of the ‘Cloud Atlas’ premiere during the 2012 Toronto Film Festival on Saturday night.
The actress hit to the red carpet in a frothy black and white concoction from Chanel’s Resort 2013 collection.
To be fair, Zhou Xun looked far better in this dress than the model – I’m so glad she wore a pair of Charlotte Olympia pumps instead of those brothel creepers and opted for natural make-up over red eye shadow and a faux beauty spot.
A chunky cream cuff and simple updo completed her look.

How to Achieve the Classic Blowout

Heavenly look. The cuff is lovely.
The Charlotte Olympia pumps are beautiful, but I still wish she’d worn a different pair of shoes. She looks beautiful dress, hair and make-up wise.
+1
+1 yes, different pair of shoes
still better than those gaudy runway shoes (what was Karl thinking of??!)
“Brothel creepers”??!! Omg, Kate, you’re cracking me up, lmao.
Beautiful!
Not feeling Chanel for the past few years. The dresses are always a little too stiff and they wear the person instead of the other way around.

Huahauahauhauahauhua cannot stop laughing. God, this is so spot on!
Not liking this look.
Not as bad as the model, but dreadful nevertheless! What was she thinking. She looks like a wind-up toy.
I think it’s supposed to be Zhou Xun. Her surname Zhou, not Xun.
*Her surname is Zhou, not Xun.
Cute.
Gorgeous. Her fingernails are cool too.
I meant this comment for Zhang.
Let’s face it, ANYONE would look better than the horrendously styled model! Zhou looks very elegant–I like the dress, her hair and makeup…not sure about the cuff with it, and the shoes are boring, but it is still a very pretty look.
