Emily Blunt got in touch with her ethical side for the ‘Arthur Newman’ premiere during the 2012 Toronto Film Festival last night.
For the event, the British actress opted for a dress made by Tory Burch for the Green Carpet Challenge.
All I can say is ‘bravo.’
The white ruched dress is made from silk tulle reclaimed from Tory Burch’s end of line and archive store, while the neckline is constructed of recycled brass and features floral motifs made from amber and light topaz.
Although ruching of this intensity is difficult to pull off because it adds so much extra bulk, Emily is able to carry this look off.
Grey heels, patterned clutch and a hot pink lip also help to lift this eco chic ensemble.

I love everything from the neck down. The lipstick doesn’t go with the accessories and the makeup overall is kind of aging. Not great.
+1
I agree!
Exactly.
It’s a shame because the dress is pretty, the accessories are perfect but the hair/makeup let her down.
Very beautiful, well executed look
I’m not a fan of the necklace with the dress – with such a detailed dress I would have liked to see accessories with simple clean lines. But I do love that pop of bright pink lip against the white.
Btw, the grey heels are from JustFab – “Rowan”
Stunning!!! Love everything about this look… Beautiful
The hair and makeup age her so incredibly much. Plus, I don’t like the necklace.
I like everything about the look excluding the lip. The pink is too much with the necklace.
Me too. The pink is too much but it’s a small detail, other than that she is gorgeous and fashionable as usual.
Flawless!
Not a fan of the makeup but she looks great. The necklace really bring the look together.
I think she looks lovely–the dress and necklace work for me and I love the shoes. I like her better with darker hair, but she looks very sophisticated in the pix from Toronto.
+1
the necklace really brings something to the outfit, I like it
I like it. Interesting outfit.
She carried a Judith Leiber clutch.
