Ryan Gosling walked the red carpet with girlfriend Eva Mendes last night for the premiere of their new film ‘The Place Beyond The Pines’ at the Toronto Film Festival.
The be-bearded Ryan looked his usual serious self in a chocolate brown notch lapel two button suit with fine vintage stripe, white dress shirt, dark brown cotton tie and black leather lace ups – all by Gucci.
It’s a vintage-inspired look that suits (pardon the pun) Ryan.
I like that he’s done his collar up to his neck and neglected to wear a tie. The slim cut also works on his frame.

What a dashing look–love his slightly off-beat style, no plain blacks and grays for him! I only wish that he had button the second button the blazer, as that little white patch of shirt bothers me.
He looks good, polished, the slim cut does work very well for him, but I have to say I’ve been more impressed with Robert Pattinson in Gucci lately.

Anyway my boyfriend *ahem* looks very handsome, a bit 80s with that buttoned up shirt but in a good way. The pattern on the suit is lovely, really like the dashes of blue.
I’d like to see him wearing more colour on the red carpet but I’m sure he’ll do so during later promo.
