Jennifer Lawrence joined Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes on the red carpet for the premiere of ‘The Place Beyond The Pines’ at the Toronto Film Festival last night.
For the event, Jennifer wore a navy blue dress from the Christian Dior Resort 2013 collection.
Jennifer doesn’t often take a style misstep on the red carpet, but we’re not completely hooked by this look.
The dress is perfect – youthful and on trend – but I’m not feeling the accessories or the hair and makeup.
The Dior clutch is innocuous, but could’ve been swapped for something more fun – the same goes for the platform slingbacks.
Her hair could also look neater and the eyeliner could’ve been employed with a little more restraint.

I’m with you. It’s a good understated look because it’s not her premiere but the hair and makeup is just plain bad. Still love her!
I totally agre with you. The accessories or the hair and makeup let the look down.
The dress is PERFECT but the rest is just a BIG mess, no makeup, no hairstyle, no jewelry, no nothing. She looks like she doesn’t even want to be there.. Sad for Jennifer

The outfit is OK, but I really dislike her hair on this occasion. I also agree that the eyeliner looks a bit weird.
