Lizzy Caplan looked fierce – in the truest sense of the word – at the premiere of ’Bachelorette’ in New York City on Tuesday.
The up-and-coming actress squeezed herself into a Heritage Halston cobalt blue leather mini dress for the event. The result was impressive, though I would’ve preferred it if she’d slicked back her hair and opted for a more dramatic eye.
On an another note, it seems as though all the ‘Bachelorette’ girls are mad for Stella McCartney. Not only is Lizzy wearing a pair of pointed-toe pumps by the British designer, her co-stars Kirsten Dunst and Isla Fisher both wore Stella McCartney for the event.
A Rebecca Minkoff clutch provided the finishing touch.

Love the dress, hate the shoes. They really bring down the look, IMO, while a pair of interesting sandals/pumps would have made it BDOTW-worthy.

She reminded me of Kristen Stewart for a second, but Lizzy’s smiling
lol. She looks good here–the bright blue really popls and I like her hair and makeup. I’m not a big fan of the dress–I don’t like minidresses or all-leather looks (aren’t they kind of warm?) but this is still a good look.
This look made me think of Kristen Stewart too.

I like this look from the neck down; her eye makeup makes her look ill and the soft updo is completely at odds with the otherwise sharp look.
