For her twelfth ‘Solo Moda’ programme, Nieves Alvarez started things off with a bang wearing a Roberto Cavalli Fall 2012 forest green embellished suit.
The suit with bold shoulders and flared pants was styled with matching Jimmy Choo peep-toes and a simple white shirt.
Keeping the green theme going, the host wore a black and green military-inspired Mango contrast panel dress with buttoned epaulette detailing for her second look.
I love her beige Jimmy Choo sandals and her Alexis Bittar cuffs which make her High Street frock look very expensive.
Nieves’ final look was a jade green Halston cape dress. Once again, it’s the accessories that make this look with red Mango pumps, a gold Marni necklace and Alexis Bittar cuff, ensuring that this look didn’t fall flat.
I love all three looks, but the Mango is my favourite. I would’ve gone with the Cavalli had she opted for a sexier blouse.
Which was your favourite?

Love all three of them, but the Halston is my favourite.
Me too–it is soo classy
Not over-awed by any of these looks in particular, but I think that the Mango dress is the strongest of the three. The Cavalli suit, especially when paired with that stance, is WAY overcooked.
OMJC! SUCH AN AMAZING WEEK!!!! LOVE ALL THE THREE LOOKS! SPECIALLY THE ROBERTO CAVALLI
for a sec i thought the mango was victoria beckham
Yep. Fashionista.com did an article about that a day ago. Mango clearly did a knockoff of VB’s dress.
Cavalli look.
She could have just gone with the Original Victoria Beckham dress instead of the knock off.
Love the first two looks.
none which is a suprise as she usually looks amazing, but that cavalli look is so tacky looking.
Why is the Mango dress reminding of a VB dress??
And I must say that a VB on Nieves would look amazing (as does everything)
Not in love with any of these, but the Halston one is the one I prefer. Looking at the photo, I’m reminded how great a model Kate Moss is. She can be anything the shoot requires: Waif, heroin addict, horsey set, European sex bomb. She deserves every penny she’s made in the industry.
I only like the 2nd look.
I love all three but the Halston look is my favorite.
her legs are so amazing i actually like the 3rd look
first two are like yeah ive seen those somewhere else before
Ugh, I loathe the pantsuit. It’s so David Bowie (a bad thing imo). The Mango look is my favorite, but it’s “like” not “love” for me. I love the color of the Halston look, but not the odd skirt shape, which looks tucked under.
