Brit Marling joined Winona Ryder on the red carpet yesterday evening at the Palazzo del Cinema for the Venice Film Festival premiere of ‘The Iceman’.
The blonde actress wore a Gucci Resort 2013 dress, which is our third look from this collection on the red carpet following Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson.
Her white strapless gown with an embroidered floral print on the skirt was styled with a deep red satin Gucci clutch and gold Gucci sandals.
Brit smoulders with kohl-rimmed eyes and a sultry glare with her long tresses left naturally wavy.
Do you like this chic, yet laid back look? Or is this more Independent Spirit Awards than Venice Film Festival?

What a beautiful and original dress! And I love her natural makeup.
+1 . its beautiful !
It’s a cute dress, but her hair looks like just-got-out-of-the-shower.
add the limp, bored, spoiled teenager posture and a gorgeous dress suffers.
I don’t know if it’s the perfect choice for Venice Film Festival, but she does look beautiful.
Maybe I would have prefered a loose updo.
More Independent Spirit Awards than Venice Film Festival
I like it.
This looks like a sack. I like the floral embellishment but there’s not a thing that’s special about this too-large and very unflattering look. I was over the elasticized top back in the 80s – this could have come from a secondhand store, in fact. It’s even worse on the model.
+1.
+2 I completely agree, although I think it looks better on the model than her. But overall, shapeless and unattractive. Not impressed by this.
the dress it’s plain ugly, period.
It’s not Gucci Resort, it’s Gucci Cruise.. And Anne Hathaway was not in a Gucci…
It’s fine for me, as long as she looks gorgeous and beautiful. And love her hair.
I love this on her – and it’s much improved on Brit compared to the model.
Though, I’m slightly distracted by that mohawked figure to the right of Brit’s pic!
A bit too shapeless, too much hair – the hairstyle could’ve been neater, magenta clutch instead of red would’ve worked better, a bit too laid back imo.
I simply love this look.. only thing off is the posture
Her pose makes the dress fold strangely and look terribly baggy. If she were standing straight, I don’t think this would be such a problem. I love her hair BTW. It’s glossy perfection:)
