Rihanna may call Barbados home, but the singer has been showing her American pride by carrying Gucci’s USA GG Flag collection Boston bag.
RiRi was first spotted carrying the monogram bag featuring the USA flag displayed as an interlocking G in Beverly Hills mid August, pairing the bag with a casual look consisting of jean shorts, red sandals and an oversized military jacket.
The following week, Rihanna brought her bag out to dinner in Santa Monica, wearing another low-key outfit of a T-shirt and Bermuda shorts.
The superstar brought the stars and stripes over to London yesterday, as she was spotted carrying the bag as she touched down at Heathrow airport.
She was later spotted carrying the logo-print duffel while exiting her apartment, wearing a Kenzo hat and sweater, and Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony ‘Mary Ellen’ platform boots.
With a style setter like Rihanna so faithful to this design, it’s only a matter of time before the USA Boston nag becomes the latest ‘it’ bag.
25% of the retail price of this bag will be donated to UNICEF in support of “Schools for Africa” and “Schools for Asia” education initiatives from now through to December 31.

cant see this becoming an it bag
it looks tacky and ugly
I don’t like the bag.
tacky.
Loathe the bag. I think Rihanna always looks like a hot mess. Her only good moment, IMO was once in Armani Prive and once in Tom Ford at the Costume Institute Gala. Clean up Girl!
Tacky bag, tacky singer who can’t sing.
I can’t even describe the horrendous feeling I get when I look at this bag
Other than the fact that part of the outcome will be donated to UNICEF, I really can’t find one single thing I like about this bag.
I’m not a fan of logo prints in the first place, but the addiction of those big stars and stripes Gs makes this bag even more tacky. It looks like a cheap replica of a Gucci bag.
I really dont think the bag is anything special personally! But I dont know why everyone hates on Rihanna’s street style as much as they do. Sure she has some mistakes, but she doesn’t dress overly sexy and the girl takes cool risks with what she wears
Of course, SHE would love this tacky bag xD
I’m proud to be an American, but this bag is not pleasing…at all. And Rihanna’s street style leaves me SPEECHLESS. Thank goodness for Miranda Kerr!
