Carly Rae Jepsen was at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Saturday to help celebrate the 2012 Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day in New York City.
She looked adorable wearing a plaid top with a rivet-encrusted collar paired with a matching plaid skirt, both by Juicy Couture.
Colourful bracelets, a statement ring and white platform sneakers accessorized her look.
Natural wavy tresses with neat blunt bangs and a dark pink lip colour provided the finishing touches.
You may remember that Miranda Cosgrove also wore the same top to CBS’ Teacher’s Rock Special Live Concert.

I’m not fond of the outfit itself, although it’s very event appropriate.
But my real problem with this girl is that it always looks like they are trying too hard to market her as superyoung/adorable/cute. I mean, she IS young, but she’s 27…why always trying to make her look like a teen Disney star?
27…I thought she was about 16
27?? She looks super young. I thought she was at least 18
Yep. I was shocked to find out we’re the same age. However, since her audience are teenage girls it makes sense that she would use fashion and styling to help them forget she’s a decade past teenage drama.
27? Really?
she’s 27?
Hey, i`ve just met you and this is crazy, but take off sneakers and call me may be
lol…very cute
No to everything here.
The top and skirt are OK but I do not like the sneakers. They look too big.
this will sound harsh but when i first saw this i thought “by god she looks rough for a teenager” then seeing she is in her late 20s. WOW. definetely prefer it on miranda, carly looks like she is trying too hard.
A 26-year-old dressed like she’s about 14. Not doing it for me.
Those bright white sneakers are horrific. The dress is too cutesy for a woman of her age–and frankly, I wasn’t even a fan of Miranda’s (better) look. But at least Miranda was a teenager…
I agree with all of you that said it’s like she is purposely dressing too young. If she had a pair of cute sandles or ballerina flats it would be so much better.
