Miss Universe 2004 Jennifer Hawkins was a vision in gold at the MYER Spring/Summer 2013 launch held in Sydney on Thursday.
The beauty queen, who also happens to be the face of MYER, stood out in a multi gold tone Sass & Bide metallic minidress.
A light pink waistband adds an unexpected touch to the gilded look. I love how Jennifer managed to match the colour of her lipstick almost exactly to the belt.
Strappy gold sandals and tousled waves complete the bold ensemble.

I love the sparkly dress but I’m not crazy about the pink waistband. Whilst it is surely an unexpected touch it doesn’t quite blend well with the outfit. I’m thinking the lips and waistband match was an attempt to make the latter work. But I dont think it does, really.

At first I thought she was wearing a crop top and it really took me a few seconds to realize she was actually wearing a golden dress with a pink waistband.
And I really wish she’d have ditched it, because without it this would’ve been such a winning look.

Love this look but at the same time, not loving the dark roots. The dress is gorgeous and good shoe choice. I also like the matching lipstick, very cute.
I don’t think I like the pink band. Other than that she looks good.
She is gorgeous but I have to agree about the waistband. It’s unexpected and not very fitting for the overall look. I don’t think this dress NEEDS a waistband.

I think it’s a bit too much for a fashion show, more like for music awards.
The waistband is freaking me out – it looks like somebody photoshopped that part out.

Jennifer Hawkins is the face of Myer, so for her position it is definitely not too much for a fashion show. Looking at it… is the coral waist band apart of the dress? I can’t seem to make up my mind about it!

She is very pretty and looks good, but it’s not a look I’d call ‘flawless’ or ‘effortless’. It’s more of a ‘sexy’ look, something that an OC real housewife would wear. A bit too tanned, boufant ( hair) and sparkly. Personal style I guess…
She looks like a barbie. The look feels a bit…plastic.
