For her tenth ‘Sola Moda’ program, supermodel Nieves Alvarez sported a variety of looks, although all three had subtle hints of a nod to the 1960s.
Nieves’ first look was a silk bodysuit and lace embroidered pants from Roberto Verino’s Fall 2012 collection.
Maison des Talons silver sandals completed the look which, although flattering on Nieves’ long, lean figure, feels a bit to revealing for a TV show.
The next look was an orange cap sleeve Versace Fall 2012 dress. I love how mod this mini is, and the surprising addition of Lari green sandals works wonders for this look.
The last outfit worn by Nieves on the show was an Andrew Gn Resort 2012 jeweled dress in a deep green offset by Christian Louboutin diamante Pigalle heels.
In my opinion this is the least successful of all three looks — the heels and the dress together make it impossible to notice any details besides the amount of sparkle Nieves is wearing.
In all three photos Nieves is wearing jewels by Magerit.

I love the green one. This ANDREW GN look it’s brilliant, all shiny, I like because it’s very unexpected. She is very different in each look, even with the same hair and make up she looks completely different. Can’t wait for more!
Would have loved it if she had swapped the heels in the second and third looks!
