Lea Michele was joined on the red carpet for the 2012 Do Something Awards by her beau Cory Monteith on Sunday in Santa Monica, California.
The ‘Glee’ actress donned an off-white Giorgio Armani sleeveless dress featuring a plunging, ruffled neckline, an open back, a central slit, and a high-low hem with more cascading ruffles.
She opted for matching accessories including a metallic Fendi clutch, Jenni Kayne snakeskin sandals, J/Hadley ring and Samira 13 jewels.
Beachy wavy curls, glowing skin and gorgeous makeup completed her beautiful look.
It’s just such a shame about the creases on her frock.
Do the creases put you off?

She looks beautiful, but I would have liked a smaller clutch.
Totally agree.
There’s a difference between a slit and a triangle cut. Not a fan of the latter
What is Corey Monteith wearing? These shoes… Eek.
She looks smokin’ hot,and her makeup is perfect, but I think Jennifer Aniston could give more justice to this gown.
I don’t know if the dress is appropriate for the event, but that’s what Lea Michele is known for. She looks good, that hair is a huge problem though.
She is the only one wearing a gown/dress at this event. A bit OTT. Not liking this look from head to toe.
So are you saying the rest of the female attendees wore pantsuits and shorts? I’m not sure if you checked with the other looks for the event, but almost all of the girls were wearing dresses and out of those, about half were wearing gowns. I thought her look was very appropriate amongst the rest, and the gown was gorgeous and not overly fancy.
No, I am saying she is the only one apart from Nikki Reed(Her dress looks far more better & appropriate) wearing a long gown. And showing cleavage at this event is not event appropriate.
Yes, I agree w/ Emma. Also Sophia, Nicki, Kelly, and others also wore “gowns.”
I like this relaxed beachy vibe. I think it fits.
That clutch kills it.
I never would have guessed that dress is Armani. It looks too cheap to be Armani but Im not sure if I should be blaming the designer or Lea for that.
What has happened to Leas style over the past few years? She went from cute to try-hard overnight it seems. She does nothing for me anymore.
fake hair + orange tan + ripped up nightown = tacky IMO. Especially for a charity event.
I think it’s time to start calling her JLo 2.0
I agree. I also agree with everyone in that the dress and cleavage is sooooo inappropriate for an event celebrating charity. What is her problem?
I think she looks amazing but I think the cleavage and sex-bombshell look is too much for an event like the Do Something awards.
All her dresses just blend together for me at this point, but she does look more happy than she has in the past, which is a positive.
Maybe a tad overdressed, but she looks summery and cute.
I am not crazy about the dress.
That’s an awful dress ; looks quite cheap and 2000′s ish.
She obviously has a great body, but I just can’t stand that dress with all the ruffles, the plunging neckline and the asymmetric design.
Sorry Armani!
She looks beautiful. I think it would have been great had the plunge not been so deep, she has been wearing a lot of deep V necklines lately so its a bit expected.
Far too revealing. There’s nothing subtle or elegant about this, imo. The hair is bad, too.
kinda late 90′s/ early 2000′s ? not a great look, same goes for her man, yikes!
Lea looks great. That dress is awful though.
Everyone is so hard on her. I think she looks lovely.
