Jennifer Lopez attended her world tour concert pre-party at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon.
The singer/actress wore a cute pool-party-appropriate look by Bec & Bridge.
The white-eyelet cropped top and matching shorts were styled with a white Hermes Birkin bag, shades, H.Stern ‘Cobblestones’ earrings and Lanvin snakeskin wedges.
This look is so refreshing, but I’m surprised by Jennifer’s choice of shoes, as they feel so heavy compared to the rest of her look.

I hate this look from head to toe. The whole thing reeks of desperation that someone like Jennifer shouldn’t even entertain. She’s clinging onto her youth like she’s the cast of jersey shore clinging onto a shred of dignity.

Agreed. It’s nay from head to toe. It’s not age appropriate, it’s extremely unflattering (specially to her legs as it accentuates how tapered they are), the shoes are a disaster and the combination with that bag made the whole thing the epitome of tackiness.

Horrid, I think the bag is the worst for me. I doubt she has a single thing in it. I could have lived with the shorts if she had teamed them with a relaxed blouse, but overall it’s just bad
Wow–lots of negative comments. I think she looks cute. It is Vegas in the summer, the woman has a body to die for, why not show it off?
+1. It’s a pool party. I just went out to the Wet Republic web site because I hadn’t heard of it before and checked out the photo gallery. All I saw in the background was a huge pool. JLo looks great and event appropriate. Shoes wouldn’t be my first choice but they are fine.
A decided nay for the whole thing!! Overly revealing and tacky, I think–it doesn’t matter that it’s summer.
I don’t even know where to begin…She used to be one of my all time favorites. I would get so excited and giddy and just drool over her amazing style every time I saw her on the red carpet. As of late, I can not get on board. Sorry. My girl just appears desperate each time I see her step out. I hope she turns it around.
I think this look is fine for a pool party. From the ankles up, that is. I don’t get the shoes choice at all.
The fact that this outfit is event/weather appropriate does not make it any good. And no one is saying she looks bad because she’s not properly dressed to the event. She looks bad because the outfit is mainly unflattering and tacky. Being “event appropriate” does not excuse her from looking awful.
