Lady Gaga was mobbed by fans and photographers as she left her hotel in Bucharest, Romania, to attend her concert yesterday evening.
For the second time in a row she wore a look from Moschino, but this time from the Resort 2013 collection.
The black coat-dress with white ruffle trims was accessorized with white gloves, black bow-accented pumps, a black hat and a Chanel belt.
Her look was modified to include Chanel’s signature Camelia floral accents over the button detailing which could easily lead you to believe this was a Chanel dress.

Even though I find Lady Gaga a tacky overrated eyeroll, I like how she covered the button holes with the Chanel thingys.
But I find the hat the most pretentious thing about this look.

Awful outfit.
The floral accents look like pom-poms on a clown outfit. The silly hat adds to the effect.
