Prior to the ‘Total Recall’ London premiere, Kate Beckinsale was spotted returning to the Corinthia Hotel after a round of interviews.
Despite the patches of rain throughout the day, she glowed on the streets of London wearing a Preen ‘Sara’ dress from the Resort 2013 collection.
Her short-sleeved jacquard dress, featuring contrasting two-tone leopard stamped prints and pleating at the waist, has been shortened from the dress presented on the model.
The shorter look is much preferred on Kate who often wears knee-length frocks.
White Walter Steiger pumps (eek), a high ponytail and Dana Rebecca Designs statement earrings completed her look.

The shoes aren’t that bad. She was matching her earrings and the classic Steiger heel keeps them a little interesting.

I think the dress actually looks better at knee length. I would guess that Kate shortened it and added white accessories to give it a more summery feel— and the short length let’s her show off those gorgeous legs!
I don’t mind the white pumps all that much but I don’t particularly like the white earrings.
Ah well, it’s not one of her better outfits, but she still looks nice.

I love this look. I don’t even mind the white pumps. She could’ve gone nude, but the white looks good with her earrings and with an overall summer feel. I’m glad she’s still in the season.

Got to say I prefer the lookbook length. It’s a nice, springy color but the original was more elegant. I don’t really mind the shoes, they go quite nicely with it.
