After a fairly quiet summer, the stars were out in full force for the 11th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree, held at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, California yesterday evening.
Ashley Tisdale wore an ERIN by Erin Fetherston look.
You may have noticed that the designer is receiving a lot of celebrity love at the moment. Last week, Summer Glau wowed you in an ERIN by Erin Fetherston gown, on this occasion Ashley opted for a cute ensemble.
An ivory blouse accented with a beaded choker was styled with a slate-grey pleated grosgrain skirt.
Keeping the silver theme going, a glitter Edie Parker clutch and a David Yurman ring accessorized her look with silver metallic t-bar Miu Miu sandals providing the finishing touch.
I know many of you, like me, have found it difficult to warm to Ashley’s style so how does this look fair in your eyes?
I like that it feels effortless, cute and fun, but I still roll my eyes every time I see that purple streak in her hair.

I just don’t get her style. IMO, she isn’t dressing her age and the purple hair isn’t helping at all.
I quite like this from the neck down, especially the accessories and shoes. But the hair! Ick.
As usual, not excited about her style…don’t know why she can never WOW us, maybe it’s time to change a hair style (or a darker hair color)!
Thank God she didn’t pout this time.
She needs to grow up. Her whole look is juvenile
I think she looks good. This look isn’t that young! Its cute, preppy and appropriate for the event. Fools like jaime king were way over dressed in Marchesa.
Totally agree! This look leaves me cold.
this look would be much better on someone younger, chloe moretz for one
Oh please. I’m 39 and the way chloe dresses she looks older than me!
I hate her hair! but otherwise she dressed well!
Juvenile. She’s in her early 20s now, so I’m thinking that it is about time she realises that she can dress youthfully but still project some refinement and elegance.
Correction – she’s actually in her late 20s now. She’s 27.
Wow, thanks for pointing that out. Makes the look even sadder for me now. Ashley, move on.
I just hate the purple streak in her hair, but other than that, this is a great look from her.
Yeah, the only thing that brought this look down is that purple thing on her hair, so disturbing.
+1
I like the way Ashley expresses herself. @ least she isn’t a carbon copy of everyone else. I don’t know why people are so hard on her. If boring Rachel Bilson wore this everyone would fawn over it.
I find her look messy and really 2007 looking, the hair especially.
Her shoes are miu miu. http://www.neimanmarcus.com/p/Miu-Miu-Suede-T-Strap-Sandal/prod138910019_cat1910731__/?icid=&searchType=EndecaDrivenCat&rte=%252Fcategory.service%253FitemId%253Dcat1910731%2526pageSize%253D120%2526No%253D0%2526refinements%253D&eItemId=prod138910019&cmCat=product
