Katy Perry is currently in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to promote her 3D movie, ‘Katy Perry: Part of Me’.
The singer kick-started the promotional tour with a meet-and-greet photocall where excited fans got to see their idol up close.
They would’ve seen more than they bargained for as the singer wore a revealing Versus Fall 2012 dress.
Her mustard cap-sleeve mini dress with cleavage-baring harlequin-shaped cut-outs to the navel is nothing we haven’t seen before from the well-endowed singer, so I’m personally not shocked.
Her summery dress was paired with fall-like pumps as she wore burgundy Brian Atwood ‘Power Studs’ which we’ve seen on Blake Lively, Jennifer Lopez and Michelle Monaghan.
I’m glad to see Katy return back to black. This sleek black bob is much preferred to the crazy shades she tends to favour.
Too much cleavage or nothing shocks you these days?

The dress is awful, but Im so happy she is back to black, I dont even care!
I think she looks great
Compared to some of the things Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, and Jennifer Love Hewitt collectively wear nowadays, this is hardly showing too much cleavage (oh, and have you seen her “Waking Up in Vegas” music video? Makes this dress look demure). I don’t think maroon pumps were the best choice but they’re certainly not bad — I can’t think of a better alternative off the top of my head. On the other hand, I love that she’s switched back to black hair. It really does suit her!
I don’t like this Versus collecttion. and, like others her, I’m happy about one thing only, the hair. *yay

I don’t like this look on Katy at all. It is too much cleavage for the dress and the fit isn’t good – boobs make the dress pull at the torso, appearing too tight.

This is a trashy dress for a movie photo-call. She should have saved the super-cleavage for something like the MTV awards or Grammies, where she could pretend she was being daring and we could pretend to be shocked.
Too much cleavage. There are certain dresses that she shouldn’t wear because of her cleavage. This is certainly one of those dresses.

Little too trashy for me.
I hate the cleavage bearing as it is always tacky for Katy Perry because she overdoes it by default.
But other than that I love this look.
I LOVE the color combo of the shoes and dress.
I also love her hair and makeup.
I love the color combo too–if only the dress had a contrasting fabric in those cut outs it would be wonderful. Instead, because she is busty, it looks cheap.
The dress totally works for me, but those shoes do not belong with it.
It’s like this for me : Cleavage > Crazy colored hair.
Katy is such a beautiful girl… but she doesn’t know how to take advantage of her twins. Many times they look so weird, tight or dropped. There are beautiful dresses that would allow ther to use the right bra and she would look amazing.
I’m surprised to say that I like it. I’d like it more without the cleavage detail as it does nothing to enhance an already well tailored dress, but still. It works.
this kind of cleavage only works on women with small breasts..
Definitely doesn’t shock me. I think it’s almost a little more reserved than her other outfit choices. Overall, I like it though.
