After wearing a revealing dress for the photocall, it was full-on glamour for Katy Perry as she arrived on the pink carpet for the Rio De Janeiro premiere of her new 3D docu-movie ‘Katy Perry: Part Of Me’.
The singer showed off her gorgeous figure wearing a Dolce & Gabbana gown.
Her silver metallic long-sleeve floral lace gown with a flowing train was accented with a silver metal belt with a cluster of beads for detail.
It’s amazing how Katy can transform within the space of a few hours.
She is quite the glamour puss here, but her hair is slightly severe for such a delicate gown.

She looks so beautiful otherwise that it’s a huge shame about the hair. I think a loose, pinned-back style like this one (http://dev.fansshare.com/celebrity/photos/934_taylor-swift-vanity-fair-oscars-party-574002366.jpg) would’ve worked best, but the gown is fantastic nevertheless. BDOTW contender for me.

The belt is distracting. The hair–I see the look she is going for but it’s a bit much. The dress is nice and sleek.
I agree with everyone about the belt, it’s distracting. Don’t know what to think about the rest of her look though, I think I rather don’t like it.
She looks great except the hair and makeup. I prefer this Katy Perry to Taky Katy.
I find it narcissistic she has her own movie. And perfume.
I love love love Katy but this look totally has WINTER written all over it. Long sleeves, full skirt, full-on ice queen mode.
Maybe if she’d had a bright lip colour and soft curls in her hair this look would feel more season appropriate.

I would’ve also preferred a thinner more delicate belt but I don’t mind it much. Both her hair and makeup are a bit overdone.
Katy Perry is just annoying. Her style is most of the time class-less. This is like a Christmas party dress and with all that candy in the background she looks like the sugar plum fairy. And the dress is too tight on her bosom, its the first thing that caught my eye.
She totally got it wrong.. this doesn’t look like Rio at all.. it’s too dark and long ahahaha seriously… too weird
I think those types of shoulder details only work on petitie women. Broad shoulders need no embellishment.
