Jessica Lowndes was the third celeb to don the very popular Casadei blade heels on the red carpet this weekend when she attended the CW, CBS And Showtime 2012 Summer TCA Party, held at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California.
The ‘90210’ actress teamed her blue suede shoes with an ethereal Pamella Roland white dress with dolman sleeves.
Her lightly layered frock was styled with kohl-rimmed eyes, statement earrings and beachy, braided waves.
This is the perfect summery, feel-good look for those a bit miffed at Jaime King and Lucy Liu for wearing fall pieces to this event.

I love this from head to toe, she is such a beautiful women! This is definitely a BDOTW contender
god this girl is so pretty. i love the simplicity of this look. and happy she chose a colored shoe rather than a nude or black pump. though i would have preferred it with a sandal.

Jessica is stunning and so is that dress. I am also glad she opted for colourful heels.
It’s fine but I’m not loving it – the eye makeup is a bit too harsh, the cut and the length of the dress dont’t really work that well on her, the suede is way too heavy for this very light dress, would’ve preferred a delicate silver sandal but coloured statement earrings instead.
