Kat Graham attended the 5th Annual Staples for Students School Supply Drive for Students In Need held at the Globe Theatre in Universal City in California on Sunday prior to the Teen Choice Awards.
The actress likes to take risks on the red carpet, but on this occasion it didn’t pay off.
I do love her ASOS-printed corset crop top. It’s very much on trend and she has the body to wear it, so that’s not my issue.
The striped skirt, whilst this wouldn’t have been my choice, continues the sexy cool vibe of the look, plus the orange blocking coordinates with her top.
My problem, as always, is the shoes.
I can’t believe she accessorized with black pumps, even if they are by Walter Steiger. These black pumps have no place being anywhere near this look.
Why do stars continue to let themselves down in the shoe department?
Thank god we have Nieves Alvarez to inspire us twice a week.

I agree! What is up with the uninspiring, unflattering, so boring shoes on the RC??
With the floral crop top and striped skirt, too-bright shoes would have been overkill. But I agree, black pumps just don’t cut it.
The whole look combined is awful. Those pieces just don’t go together.

I hate this look from head to toe.
The pumps are awful, but they’re not her only problem here.
Everything in this look, including her hair and her necklace, screams tacky.
One of the worst looks of the week, easily.
From the crop top to her head, it looks good. But the rest is quite awful. What’s going on with this skirt at her knees? Plus, the stripes just do no good with that top.
And yes, FC, as always, I agree with you about the show choice… so disapointing.

I actually like the top with the skirt, as FC pointed out, the skirt works because of the orange in her top.

Kat Graham is very hit and miss but I gotta give her props for always being fashion forward.
Sigh, black and nude pumps need to burned. I actually like the mixing of patterns with the top and the skirt, and it’s colorful and quite youthful. But her shoes just bring the whole look down, down, down.
