Mischa Barton attended the launch of the Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve at Whisky Mist in London last night.
The actress wore her second Temperley London gown in a row; this time she selected a piece from the Fall 2012 collection.
I loved this sleek, long-sleeved, black satin gown with cold-shoulders and gold-beaded cuffs on the runway, but it loses its appeal on Mischa.
She doesn’t give me the feeling that she put much effort into this.
The fit feels off – but that could just be her pose – and the uninspired styling pulls down what could’ve been an amazing look.

Not a good look. I see she is trying but this is not it.

Isn’t Barton a former model? Usually models know how to work a dress. Everything she wears looks odd on her.
Love it on the runway but not on Mischa.
She is swamped in that dress and she just isn’t making it work.

Wow… this long black satin gown is REALLY NOT made for her! The contrast between black & her pale skin makes her look like a zombie. Hate it WDOTY

I do hope this disaster doesn’t discourage someone else from wearing the dress on the red carpet. I would LOVE to see it properly presented.
