Kate Beckinsale In Rag & Bone – ‘Total Recall’ Panel Comic-Con 2012

Kate Beckinsale gave comic book fans something to talk about when she stepped out for the ‘Total Recall’ panel on Friday at Comic-Con in San Diego, California.

Clad in a Rag & Bone ‘Silver’ tuxedo jacket, Rag & Bone leather pants, Christian Louboutin ankle boots and a Tom Binns necklace, Beckinsale certainly dressed the part of a strong heroine ready to give anyone a run for their money.

Beckinsale balances the loud sartorial voice of the silver blazer with solid black from the waist down, avoiding a kitschy look and instead creating a fun but stunning ensemble. The soft, nude tones of her makeup and large loose waves maintain a sense of femininity in a look that could easily come off as severe.

I love the way the large Tom Binns necklace compliments Beckinsale’s blouse — there is a distinct continuity in the entire look.

Do you like Beckinsale’s look? Or do you think it leaves something to be desired?

Wow. I usually don’t care for leather pants, but her legs are perfect.

Wow FC, I have to comment on how eloquently you’re describing the stars’ fashion lately. Don’t get me wrong, you’ve always had a knack with words (usually making me laugh), but I’ve noticed you’re even more detailed now… creating a picture with your words, even if there was no picture to go with the post. Love it.

Ok, so I’m embarrassed now… I’ve just realised the posts I’m referring to were done by Jessica. Kudos Jessica!

Too much hair but I love her look despite that.

  8. Nat39 July 16, 2012 at 19:45 #

The whole thing is just an overkill. The hair is overpowering, would’ve preferred non-leather pants and pumps/sandals instead of booties.

Just read the post on Nieves Alvarez who pulled off her strong sexy confident look with Moschino leather pants and Chr.Loub. “Armadillo” sandals so beautifully, no comparison here.

  9. Yeliz July 16, 2012 at 19:54 #

No, not really. It’s not her best look.

  10. Rebecca Z July 16, 2012 at 21:06 #

I say ditch the jacket and open up the shoes. Too much here.

  11. Aline July 16, 2012 at 22:45 #

    I love it!

Could anyone name the brand of the blouse? It’s so frustrating when every other item is cited but the one I want to know about :)Thanks!!
