Jenna Ushkowitz In Milly & Blaque Label – Comic-Con 2012

Jenna Ushkowitz gave us two looks during Comic-Con 2012 in San Diego, California, this weekend.

She joined Lea Michele on the discussion panel for ‘Glee’, held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel on Saturday, mixing a striking Milly ‘Paris’ pleated and splatter-printed skirt with a simple James Perse black tank top.

A Stella + Dot gold arrow pendant necklace and black Jerome C. Rousseau ‘Hanzo’ cut-out platform sandals completed her summer-appropriate look.

Like her co-star Naya Rivera, Jenna added a neon hue to her look whilst attending Entertainment Weekly’s 6th Annual Comic-Con celebration.

Dressed in a Blaque Label colour-block wrap dress, she donned her second pair of Jerome C. Rousseau ‘Hanzo’ cut-out platform sandals, this time in nude colour later the same day.

As much as I love her Milly skirt, my favourite look is the Blaque Label dress. I love the colour combo.

Both looks are beautiful, but I like the second one better.

I appreciate Jenna Ushkowitz on the red carpet because her looks are always approachable. She is very much the girl next door in a fun, youthful way. She isn’t trying hard to be fashionable like Lea Michele or Dianna Argon.

Jenna is stylish 80% of the time; her past fashion crimes were usually just an uninteresting dress or accessories. That is all minor when you look at her Glee costar Heather Morris, who has had Red Carpet Tragedies.

This is a fun post because we all have very different reactions!
The Milly look is nice enough but it just doesn’t do much for her, IMO.
OTOH, I love the Blaque Label. Jenna looks great in the bright colors and it’s truly comic-con appropriate — young and cheerful.

I love both looks! I especially love the colour combination of the second outfit not only because the colours look gorgeous together but also because its the colours of my favorite sports team, the Canucks lol

While I prefer her Blaque Label look, she looks stumpy in both. Would’ve loved to see Solange Knowles rocking this colourful look with her trademark ‘fro and always interesting non-nude sandals.

You can’t just go round calling people stumpy! She looks great and can’t help that she’s short!

I believe that one should know his/her body and dress it in most flattering way possible. There ARE ways to visually elongate a shorter stumpier torso/body.

Love the first one, don’t like the color combination of the second one.
