With most stars at Comic-Con 2012 opting for laidback casual looks, Ginnifer Goodwin decided to up the ante, fashion wise.
Dressed in a Valentino Fall 2012 dress to Entertainment Weekly’s 6th Annual Comic-Con Celebration on Saturday in San Diego, California, the actress looked like she’d just stepped off a photo shoot for a glossy magazine.
Her long-sleeve red dress with a beautiful scalloped neckline and hem was paired with red Christian Louboutin spiked and pointed toes to add an edge to her feminine look.
A selection of rings including a Plukka ‘Blanc de Chine’ ring, slicked-back hair, black cat eye makeup, and a natural pink lip colour provided the finishing touches.
I adore this look from head to toe. Do you?

I just like it.
It’s very nice but I don’t think it’s appropriate for this event
It is a bit much for Comic Con.
It’s WAY too much for Comic Con!
+3 – She does look good, but this isn’t event appropriate at all.
Something seems off.
And I think it’s the design of the dress itself.
thank heavens for the shoes because the rest is boring.
Absolutely adore it!!
the dress is lovely but Ginnifer looks like a grandmother by wearing. With funky accessories, it would have been perfect
Yep, she looks like a grandma.
This is bland to me.
+1 – I’m as bored as that wannabe fierce look on her face. Sorry, Ginny.
Lately, every time I see Ginni G on red carpet, she just dresses too old, and this dress is no exception. It does nothing for her. She has the most awesome pixie cut I’ve seen in a long time and has no clue how to make it work with her style. Cmon Ginni, blow our minds! ONCE!
This look is SO Ginny that I love it. I love the dress and I LOVE the shoes. PERFECTION. Ginnifer always puts her best foot forward, so anything less than this is a rare mishap for the impeccable Ginnifer Goodwin. FC might agree with me no?
I love Ginnifer Goodwin, but I wish she would smile more on the red carpet. High fashion doesn’t equal snooty-raised chin-pursed lips glances.
She looks so much better with longer hair, IMO.
