Rose Byrne attended the season 5 premiere for ‘Damages’ on Thursday in New York City.
The actress looked lovely, as always, wearing a Valentino Fall 2012 ivory knee-length dress with embroidered detailing, long sleeves, and an A-line skirt.
Known for her sophisticated styling, the look falls flat with both the choice of clutch and footwear.
Her black Valentino pyramid-studded clutch and teal crystal-embellished platform slingbacks don’t work with the dress for me.
I would’ve preferred the nude version below, or even the white runway heels.
Everything else from her chic bun to her flawless makeup, especially that rich red lip shade, I did love.
Cartier jewels completed the look.

I love her hair and the red lips. The shoes themselves are beautiful, but I agree that they don’t work with the dress. I would have preferred red sandals.

I am so very happy to see her without the terrible bob she had during awards season. Great makeup and lovely dress but I don’t like the rest of the styling. This is a boring look.
