Andrew Garfield was flying solo on the red carpet outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre prior to his guest appearance on ‘Late Show with Letterman’ yesterday evening to promote ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’.
On this occasion he opted for a full Gucci runway look selecting a navy two-button peak lapel Stafford check Marseille suit from the Spring 2012 collection.
His sleek look was styled with a crisp white fitted dress shirt, a navy satin tie and black dress shoes.
The man of the moment keeps getting better for me.

Emma is a lucky girl. This is my second favorite look from him, the first being the Balenciaga suit.
I love Andrew, and I get that nowadays men suits are only considered cool if they have skinny trousers, but this is a bit too much. He looks good from the hips up but those trousers look like they shrank in the washing machine.

I’m really not crazy about skinny trousers. They remind me of the “pegged” pants that guys wore back in the 60s. They were so skinny that the guys frequently had trouble getting their feet through the openings.
