Rashida Jones In Altuzarra – ‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ LA Film Festival

Rashida Jones attended the premiere for ‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ yesterday evening during the LA Film Festival.

Her Altuzarra Fall 2012 dress was instantly recognisable because of the belly-dancer-esque medallion coins along the hips. This same accent appeared on Kate Bosworth’s CFDA Fashion Awards dress.

The medallions separate the black v-neck top half of her dress from her white skirt with silver embroidery.

Wavy locks and black strappy Jimmy Choo ‘Loila’ sandals completed her look.

Many of you didn’t like Kate’s Altuzarra dress. How do you feel about Rashida’s?

I like her look from the neck down. The dress is lovely and I like her choice of shoes. I don’t like her hair, it’s blah and looks like she didn’t dry or brush it after getting out of the shower.

This dress is MUCH better than Kate’s dress. I don’t love it, but I like it except for the hair, it looks wet.

It’s not bad, but I’d have liked a little color somewhere.

BTW, why do so many photographers take pictures that make the celebs head look huge and their feet teeny-tiny. It really ruins the look.

The dress works – without bold cut-outs and vibrant prints, it doesn’t invoke any gypsy-belly-dancer thoughts, it looks classy with the embellishments adding an interesting touch. The shoes work well, just wish she’d done more about her hair.

I like this! (HATED Kate’s, which was fussy and confusing.)

    The hair looks lifeless

This looks great on her, I think she is such a beautiful woman. A pop of color via bright lips or nails would have been nice. She was smart not to overload the jewelry with all the embellishments on her dress. Much better than Kate Bosworth’s look
