The ‘Shameless’ star, nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series, wore a gold one-shouldered Donna Karan gown.
I absolutely love this shimmering metallic against Emmy’s fair skin and brunette hair.
A matching clutch and gold Louboutin’s, as well as topaz drop earrings, accessorize the gown.
Emmy tweeted a bit of insight regarding her side-swept ‘do before hitting the red carpet.
“My friend @therachelleigh told me to do a side twisty thing so I did. #criticschoice”
A bright pink pout completes the dramatic head-to-toe golden look.

I know exactly which one you’re talking about. It had a bit more of a Grecian feel to it if I remember correctly. With like a knot in the neckline, right?
She looks pretty, but I think the dress is a little too long-waisted for her. Makes her legs look really short.
I really think that there is too much fabric in this dress, it’s like if the dress was wearing her, it’s beautiful but, i think that a taller girl would have looked better in this dress.

I’m usually a fan of what she wears! But this look is a no for me.. It’s too tight on the butt area and she looks short-legged! Her hair and make up are great though!
