Still sporting that wet-look hairstyle, Penelope Cruz made a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ on Thursday evening to promote her new movie, ‘To Rome With Love’.
The Spanish actress selected a Victoria Beckham’s Spring 2012 dress for her interview.
Her navy dress with an asymmetrical neckline and a sporty shoulder strap was styled with beige Charlotte Olympia pumps, silver hoop earrings and a matching ring.

I really dislike this look from head-to-toe. The wet-look hairstyle didn’t worked before and doesn’t work here either, I think it never works.

Not a fan of the hairstyle. I really like this dress, but I think this one is a size too small. It would look much better on her if there were some room in the bodice and it is strained across her hips.
Since it hit the runway, i was very sceptical about the fit of this dress, but Penelope pulls it off incredibly.

The pumps look yellow on my screen, which would’ve worked well with the navy dress (although I’d liven it up with pink heels).
She pulls off this form-fitting dress beautifully, the hairstyle (although not a fan of it) works well on this occasion, the silver hoop earrings also work well with the sporty dress. She looks great, I like it.

Do NOT love the dress or the hair style.
The only thing I like is the hair. The dress is not flattering on her.
I think Penelope is stunning, but that wet look hairstyle looks awful on her – I just don’t get it, it rarely suits anyone.
I hate the wet-look hairstyle. Makes me think of all the unstylish women in my office building. You meet them in the elevators in the morning and they’re wearing literally damp hair that smells like shampoo. I like the color of the dress and the yellow shoes. But overall, Penelope needs to get her red carpet mojo back. It seems that she stopped paying attention, now that she’s a mom.
Wet-look hair looks dirty and oily, for me. I’ve never like it, most of all on long hair. Said that, the dress is cute but not on her, I think this dress is for small breasted women.
