It’s been a while since we last saw Hailee Steinfeld on the red carpet, and I can’t think of a more appropriate event for her to make her return than the 2012 Young Hollywood Awards, which took place in LA yesterday evening.
The 14-year-old actress wore a stunning Prabal Gurung Fall 2012 ensemble for the occasion.
A white sleeveless top with burst of floral appliqués with intricate gold embroidered details was teamed with ice-white shimmering pants.
Despite not being a fan of super long slacks, I love the overall look which includes an Edie Parker ‘Lara’ tiger pearlescent clutch, a House of Lavande bracelet and Brian Atwood heels.
Wavy tresses provided the finishing touch.

I love this look, simply because I always expect Hailee to show up in some girly and cutesy outfit. This is quite a good surprise, and i hope i see her more often wearing Prabal.

I always ove Hailee on the red Carpet so it is a very welcome return. Although I don’t like the flare or the fit of the trousers, I love the overall look. She always wears clean, fashion forward but fun pieces, and this is no exception. Her clutch, hair & makeup are absolute perfection, too.
I think this look is far too grown up for her, I would have loved to see her in something more young and fun.
I love this look but not on her. Because Hailee is 14 and she looks 20 years old. This outfit makes her old.
I dislike when kids want to grow old too fast. she should wear a colorful and joyful dress.

Agree about the length of the pants, but also agree that this looks is just great on her. BDOTW candidate in my opinion. This is so refreshing and everything works so well together. Lovely.

Love the look and the look without the belt. I wish she hem the pants so we could see her shoes. She still could’ve kept the clean line of the look and the bell shape of the hem of the pants even if she hemmed them to show her shoes.
I think I read ”YOUNG Hollywood Awards”… this look aged her drastically.
She always looks amazing. The belt would have been too sexy and swaggery for someone underage so I understand why it’s missing, but it does make the outfit sing.
