Mandy Moore In Collette Dinnigan – ‘Girl Scouts Rock The Mall’

Mandy Moore attended the Dove presentation of positive role models at ‘Girl Scouts Rock The Mall’ at the National Mall in Washington, D.C., on Saturday.

The actress/singer opted for a high-low mix wearing a Collette Dinnigan Fall 2011 top.

Her Rococo embroidered organza lace top was worn with cropped, distressed jeans and gladiator flats.

Sporting a rosy glow, she completed her look with a braided updo and a bright pink lip colour.

What an exciting collaboration! I get nervous meeting new people too, but for a beautiful girl dress like this, I think I could get over it!

Such a beautiful blouse, shame on the styling. Had they been full length jeans, I might have liked the look but I don’t like the length, nor the shoes. I don’t like the hair either. Thankgod for her beautiful smile!

    One word: disastrous.

I like it. Very high casual and appropriate for this event.

    How old she … sigh

    Distressed jeans? Really?
    With that blouse?

If she wants to wash off the heavy make-up, let down her hair, and sport a casual t-shirt, maybe.

(I confess that I have always hated distressed jeans. The only time I would be caught dead in them myself is when they are naturally distressed ones that I might wear when I am painting, gardening, or changing the oil in my car.)

    That’s one bizarre combination.

+1 This is a horrid outfit AND to take it a step further Mandy has DEF done something to her face. She looks like a different person and I don’t like it.

Her makeup is flawless and I like the vibe she’s giving, but to be honest, there’s something very 2004 about the whole look…

I totally agree. Mandy always looks adorable but still never wows.

FC is Mandy’s stylist Brad Goreski? Because she was at his Born To Be Brad launch.

I agree about 2004, that was the first thing that came to my mind.

This outfit is like a mullet. Mom hair/business on top, party on the bottom. Not working together.
