Julianne Hough joined Catherine Zeta-Jones on the red carpet yesterday evening for the ‘Rock Of Ages’ world premiere, held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.
The actress/dancer wore a Kaufmanfranco dress.
On this occasion rocked a citrine silk crepe bias cut column dress from her go-to designer.
I love the colour and the nude panel detailing, but I have to question the lopsided top-knot.
Why? It looks sloppy and brings down the whole look for me. A chic updo would’ve been so much better.
An orange-red lip colour and Stephen Webster completed her look.

Who Was Your Best Dressed On Day 8 of Cannes Film Festival 2013?
How to Achieve the Classic Blowout

I think the hair looks fun and goes well with such a vibrant colour
Your hair looks amazing!I like the hair style
The hairstyle is bad, really bad. I like the idea of a top-knot, but a sleek one.
ITA.
Julianne Hough has such a fun attitude and this dress really shows that. I am not a huge fan of neon looking colors, but she pulls this off. She looks absolutely adorable. Cute, Cute, Cute!
She looks awesome, it is such a unique colour and she wears it really well. I kind of like the hair a little bit. I think Julianne and Kaufmanfranco are a great match
I don’t like the hairstyle, too. I must say that K. Franco makes incredibly sexy but classy gowns, it’s definitely one of my favorites brand for the red carpets.
Aww she looks adorable. For once I am really liking her look! She still looks cute with the messy bun.
I really like the hair, but you’re right, it doesn’t work with the dress at all.
I think she looks amazing here. The top-knot looks great with the dress. And I love the color of the dress and also her lip color. This is definitely one of her best looks.
Me too! The colour of the dress and her lipstick combine to look really fresh. She looks great.
The bun was made by a five years old…it destroyd the look…
the dress is fantastic!! the hair is a mess
She looks great! The bright color is amazing! I don’t mind the hair
Wow…i love the gown, the color and the lip color. But the hair looks very sloppy.
I love the hair with the dress. Looks fun and fresh x
i wonder why oh! why she had to wear such an ugly knot-but when everything else looks so good…it doesnt work for me
I like the look very much. She’s always so overdone, so older looking, so I like that she looks relaxed and young here.
I think she wanted to look sexy with a rock twist hence the messy bun, i love the dress and usually find that color is hard to pull off if your blond but it works really well on her.
I absolutely love everything about this look! It wouldn’t work for everyone, but it’s so young and fun. From the color of the dress, to the panel, the lip,s and even the lopsided top knot, I think it’s perfection!
Everything is perfect but the hair. I love her in Kaufman Franco.
Love the dress, hate the hair. She is a beautiful girl and her hair is greatly letting her down. This is not cheerleading tryouts, a sleeker style would have made me love this look.
“a sleeker style would have made me love this look.” – totally agree
NO. I don’t like topknots in general, but this one is one of the worst hairstyles I’ve seen this year! The orangey lip and acid lime dress are rather jarring as well…I really don’t like that color. Yes, it was a bold choice, but it doesn’t work for me–and neither does the strange slash on the shoulder. Only like the earrings.
blah nice but nothing special a better hairstyle would have been great aswell as getting the dress shortened a few inches.
I can forgive her for the hair cause she looks so confident with this dress.
Ooooh, I love this! I love the simplicity mixed with creativity in the design of the gown. This is a killer dress. I don’t normally like neon colors, but here I do, and I like the decision to go with an equally bold lip color. The earrings are a sweet touch. I don’t have anything for or against the hairstyle, though I’m glad she kept it out of the way of that magnificent neckline. Most importantly, she’s radiating joy.
She looks relaxed and confident here. I like this look on her! A+
I love everything but the top knot.
I think this is the best she’s ever looked and is trying to break out of her perfectly pretty-girl mode. Love it
I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOOK! she looks so young, and refreshing. love the color of the dress and the lips and the top knot!!
perfection!
CC
yeah, the hair is wacky, but this is otherwise a great look from her. she has a tendency to dress a little mature for her years.
The colour and the design are great, but the hair ruins the whole look.
She looks great!!!
She looks great. Love the dress and she’s young so the hair is fun. After all, the movie is called Rock of Ages.
