Tousled blonde hair and light pink lips finish the look.

Not really loving this dress on busty women because there is more of a hoochy feel. I think it looks less hoochy on the Shopbop model.
I do prefer the length of Kellie’s dress though and her hair and makeup looks lovely. I also love her accessories.

Her tata’s look like two cantaloupes in supermarket shopping bags. This dress is not intended for a big bust….real or otherwise. Not good.

Loved it on Brandy with her hair, accessories and attitude. Doesn’t work on Kellie for me.
I think the dress itself is tacky, and so I didn’t like it on either. And really, a rerun this soon, at a Music awards show?
