Self Magazine hosted a party in New York City on Tuesday to celebrate their July 2012 cover girl, Fergie.
The singer wore a Willow sunset printed silk organza dress with a black knotted tulle overlay and white satin panels.
Her dress was styled with a Thierry Mugler white collarless jacket with structured shoulders.
I love the addition of neon orange pointy-toe pumps from her own shoe brand, which perfectly complement her dress.
Wavy curls, a statement ring and a Balmain black clutch provided the finishing touches.
The blazer killed the look.
I truly only like the shoes, but those structured shoulders are quite comical on Fergie.

This is bad …
“The blazer killed the look.”
Killed it, embalmed it, buried it six feet under.
What was she thinking?
The dress and shoes by themselves are nice.
I want those pumps!
I think that even without the blazer the dress is a bad idea It would make her look super busty. Don’t like it.
The only good thing are the shoes.
This dress is just horrible. Who wants a tree growing out of their cleavage and a sunset in their crotch?
LOL! I only like the shoes too.
+1
So true.
That was my first reaction, too! And to have what looks to be like a curtain parting the way for you? BEYOND hideous!
Beyond confused as to WHY she added the blazer.
The blazer is a LOL joke in itself, so are the cheap plastic looking shoes.
I like the dress, but nothing else – not together, and certainly, not on her. Maybe it’s my monitor, but those shoes are day-glo, and I am so not into this trend. The whole thing is tacky.
myrtle beach cocktail dress meets futurama blazer. this outfit is the thing of nightmares.
Wow – in a bad way!!! Don’t like this at all. I am not even sure about the shoes, they are just jarring. The whole look comes off looking cheap and tacky!
It takes a confident woman to have a sunset highlight the real estate over her vag. Wow.
The blazer is crazy and not in a good way.
The dress is pretty. Love how the shoes compliment the dress!
I strongly dislike Fergie’s style and this only further confirms that. This is just not a good look, at all. The shoes, I agree, are the only good thing going on here.
The blazer is horrible, but the dress is weird…I just don’t get it. The shoes are too bright. So, I hate this look from head to toe.
huh? I’m lost with Fergie here. FC, you shouldn’t have shown us this!! lol sorry like really! And what’s up with her face, lay off botex please. Her choices were nice just not altogether.
terrible in all sorts of ways
